About the job

We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Sölvesborg Kämpaslätten! In the checkout line, we help our customers check out their goods, which makes the department an important place in the store where we have the chance to leave a good final impression.

The position entails: A temporary position of 26 hours per week. The temporary position is expected to last until 2027-08-31.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the checkout line.
• You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases in a good and smooth way using our checkout options.
• In the checkout line, you meet lots of customers every day, always with great energy, knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile.

About you

Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You like to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on more responsibility. It's also great if:

• You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, it's great!
